SwingCal Questionnaire

To apply for enrollment in SwingCal Fall 2010, please fill out the questionnaire at this link:

The questionnaire asks for basic information, 1-2 paragraphs on prior dance experience (if any), and a short essay (about 2 paragraphs) on why you are interested in taking the class.

The questionnaire is due on FRIDAY, SEPT 3rd by MIDNIGHT. We will let you know whether or not you are accepted into the class on Sunday before the second class. Please email us at swingcal@gmail.com if you have any further questions.
